Robotic Process Automation and Workflow Bots Training Courses by are designed for organisations seeking to improve operational efficiency, reduce repetitive manual work, strengthen process consistency, and accelerate digital transformation. These courses focus on the practical corporate application of robotic process automation across business functions where repetitive, rule-based tasks consume valuable employee time and create avoidable operational delays.
The programme explores how organisations can identify suitable automation opportunities, assess process readiness, design workflow bots, manage automated processes, and establish governance frameworks for sustainable automation. Participants gain insight into widely used automation approaches, including UiPath, bot orchestration, screen scraping, attended automation, and process discovery.
Modern enterprises generate large volumes of structured and repetitive work across finance, human resources, customer service, procurement, operations, compliance, administration, and information technology. Robotic process automation enables organisations to configure software bots to perform defined digital activities consistently and efficiently. This can include transferring information between systems, validating records, generating reports, processing standardised requests, updating databases, monitoring workflows, and supporting administrative operations.
The courses place strong emphasis on business outcomes rather than automation technology alone. Organisations need to understand which processes should be automated, how automation can complement existing teams, and how automated workflows can be monitored and improved over time. Process discovery therefore forms an important part of the programme, helping organisations evaluate current workflows before investing in automation.
Participants also explore how attended automation can support employees while they remain responsible for decision-making and oversight. The programme considers bot orchestration as an operational capability for coordinating automated workflows and managing bot activities across an organisation.
As part of Information Technology and Programming Courses, this training supports businesses that want to establish practical automation capabilities while maintaining appropriate control, security, reliability, and performance standards.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Modules
Module 1: Foundations of Robotic Process Automation
This module introduces the principles of robotic process automation and its role within modern corporate operations. Participants examine how software bots perform repetitive digital activities according to predefined rules and workflows.
The module explores common automation scenarios, business drivers, operational benefits, implementation considerations, and the relationship between automation and digital transformation. Attention is given to understanding where automation creates genuine value rather than automating unsuitable or poorly designed processes.
Module 2: Process Discovery and Automation Assessment
Participants examine how organisations identify automation opportunities through structured process discovery. The module covers workflow mapping, task analysis, transaction volumes, process rules, exception rates, system dependencies, and manual intervention.
Participants learn how to distinguish suitable automation candidates from processes requiring greater human judgement. They also explore how process discovery can reveal inefficiencies that should be addressed before automation implementation.
Module 3: Rule-Based Tasks and Workflow Automation
This module focuses on rule-based tasks that can be executed consistently through software automation. Participants examine task sequencing, business rules, triggers, inputs, outputs, validation activities, and exception conditions.
The module considers how workflow bots can execute repetitive activities across business applications while maintaining defined process standards.
Module 4: UiPath and Enterprise Automation
Participants explore UiPath within the context of enterprise robotic process automation. The module examines automation workflows, bot development concepts, process execution, deployment considerations, monitoring, and operational management.
The emphasis remains on understanding how UiPath-based automation can support corporate processes and integrate into an organisation's wider technology environment.
Module 5: Screen Scraping and User Interface Automation
This module examines screen scraping and user interface automation for situations where direct application integration may be limited. Participants explore how information can be captured from existing interfaces and incorporated into automated workflows.
The module also considers reliability, interface changes, data accuracy, exception management, and situations where alternative integration methods may provide stronger long-term results.
Module 6: Attended Automation
Participants examine attended automation, where bots work alongside employees to support repetitive activities. The module explores employee-triggered automation, task assistance, workflow support, human approvals, and exception handling.
This approach is particularly relevant to corporate environments where automation needs to support employees without completely removing human involvement from operational processes.
