Green Building Operations and Environmental Sustainability for Facilities Managers Training Course

A certificate on the lobby wall doesn't keep a building green — daily operations do. Plenty of facilities earn a sustainability plaque at handover and then quietly drift back to business as usual within a year, because nobody translated the design intent into ongoing practice. Green Buildings only deliver on their promise when facilities managers know how to run them that way, day after day, not just certify them once.

That means going beyond the plaque to understand what LEED and BREEAM actually measure, where real carbon reduction comes from operationally rather than on paper, and how sustained energy efficiency is maintained long after the ribbon-cutting. The Green Building Operations and Environmental Sustainability for Facilities Managers training course, is built around exactly that gap between certification and operation.

Participants leave equipped to manage certified buildings credibly, defend performance claims with real data, and keep sustainability gains from quietly eroding over time.
